Company Profile: We have a vacancy  as Manager-HR (Full & Final Settlement) based at Mumbai for a large, highly successful, fast growing, professionally managed BFSI organisation. The organisation has a current employee strength of over 4000#.

Job Profile:  Will independently handle Full & Final Settlement function for all employees of the organisation
 

Job Purpose

 

Acts as subject matter expert providing guidance and advice on HR work flow processes for Full and Final settlements.

 

KRAs: 

 

-Managing the entire Exit & full and final settlement process for our client PAN India

-Co-ordination with cross functional team for the timely closure of F&F

-Cross Verification and consolidation of the exit kit received at HO

-Ensuring the timely receipt of Exit kit of resigned employees across India

-Oversee various MIS related to exit process and coordinate with different depts. and internal team for execution

-Coordinate with Regional HRs and rate them on their performance for the exit process

-Preparation and verification of Experience Relieving & recovery Letters

-Employment verification PAN India .

-Co-ordinating with Payroll & accounts team for resolution of queries related to F&F

-Submission of statutory claims to Tax team

-Coordination with the SAP consultant for the system errors

-Give Functional requirements for SAP E-Separation Module to SAP consultants and test the same in UAT and Production environments

-Administration of SAP E- Separation Module, train Regional HRs on usage and resolve RHR’s employee queries regarding the same

-Periodic maintenance of the SAP data for smooth process

-Monthly Maintenance of attrition dashboard and coordination with the internal IT team for further development

-Create Periodic Attrition report and analysis

-Submission of the attrition report to senior management

-Creating SOPS for processes managed by self  and overseeing adherence to SOPs by Regional HRs through timely audits with External auditors

-Preparation of the audit reports

 

Candidate Profile: Graduates / MBAs with 5-9 years relevant experience in large organisations. Must have worked on SAP / SF
