Company Profile: Our client is a large, leading Indian Manufacturing organisation - Leaders in their field. Their products have a variety of end users in India and abroad. Our clients are looking for a Head-Sales & Marketing to be based at Indore reporting to the CEO. The organisation has a total headcount exceeding 1000# and is ISO certified. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.

Head-Sales & Marketing: Will be part of the Organisation's Leadership Team. Will lead a Sales team and head the entire Sales & Marketing function for India for the organisation. Will be responsible for achieving the topline & bottom-line targets

 

KRAs

Brand Building

l  Build strong network of Dealers & Distributors, with a long term vision

l  Evolving suitable strategies to create Customer Loyalty, Dealer & Distributor Loyalty.

l  Plan advertising and promotional activities, including Social Media.

l  Product positioning with long term vision.

Pricing

l  Building a mechanism to track market prices, duly backed-up by a tailor-made database and developing mechanism for price discovery for company’s products; Setting up an independent market research team.

l  Strategic thinking for higher NSR with higher volume.

Team Handling

l  Lead a team of sales managers/executives including region in-charges.

l  Evaluate, review, analyze and monitor periodic sales reports, potential sales, client base expansion.

l  Sales forecasting and sets goals for team accordingly.

Coordination

l  Coordination with various functional heads at plant and head office for timely execution of orders and financial closure of deals.

l  Handle quality issues and resolve customer complaints timely.

 

 Candidate Profile: Graduates + MBAs aged 43-52 with 15 - 28 years experience of  heading & handling the entire Sales & Marketing functions of an industrial products manufacturing organisation (e.g.building materials, auto-ancillaries, steel, etc.). Must have experience in B2B and B2C sales including dealer management
