Job Description: The position holder (based near Baroda) will be part of the core Corporate Finance + Accounts tean and report to the CFO. Will be: Leading, managing and implementing all tasks related to preparing and finalising project plans, appraisals of plans and projects and lending along with monitoring/ timely recovery of all existing loans as well as new loans.

 

KRAs

 

1. Manage and lead all processes that are necessary for preparing the Project Plans, both from a macro and micro perspective, taking into consideration all relevant factors and views and ensuring that each plan is appraised as fit, fine and viable.

2. Prepare and regularly revise guidelines for implementation of different components, sub-components and activities of National/ Project Plans.

3. Undertake analysis, synthesis and evaluation of data related to various components and provide insights for systemic improvements in an on-going manner.

4. Monitoring and review of each plan on a continuous basis and undertaking actions, as may be necessary, for mid-course corrections.

5. Provide technical and managerial guidance to the officers of the Financial and Planning Services Group.

6. Arrange for carrying out - in conjunction with internal stake holders - need based and focused research/ studies as may be required.

7. Recommend the lending policy and framework for offering loans to vendors

8. Financial appraisal, loan documentation, securitisation, risk assessment and sanction/disbursement of funds.

9. Provide reports on monitoring of borrowers and potential borrowers.

10.Facilitate negotiations with international funding agencies for borrowing funds and in the appraisals of such borrowings.

11. Developing and motivating team members

 

Candidate Profile: MBA (Finance) or CA/ICWA with 15-25 years of relevant experience in project planning, corporate finance and experience in handling large projects.
